Role: SAP S/4 CRM functional consultant Job Ref Id: JD-1313 Competence level: Not stated Start date: 2026-11-23 End date: 2027-11-30 Extension option: Yes Scope: 100% Location: Solna (Stockholm) Remote work: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Language: English (Swedish is a plus) Application deadline: 2026-11-08 Number of consultants: 1 Security clearance: No About the assignment We are looking for a skilled S/4 Hana CRM functional consultant to Billing & CRM, part of Customer IT Nordic department that build and operate solutions based on SAP IS-U and SAP CRM and support Nordic business units. We are currently preparing for the migration from SAP CRM to S/4HANA and are looking to reinforce our existing CRM team with a senior CRM consultant. The preparation phase will run until December, while the migration itself is planned for the following year. Responsibilities The Functional Consultant SAP CRM configures, implements, maintains and upgrades functional/business area Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain Management) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) application modules (e.g., Sales, Marketing). Requirements Mandatory In order to be successful in this role it will be good to have knowledge and experience within the following areas: SAP CRM SAP ABAP SAP S/4HANA Utilities for customer engagement Sales, Service, and marketing module PME (Product Modeling Environment) Middleware Experience with documenting of business processes Nice-to-have Functional knowledge and experience related to SAP IS-U e.g., Move-in / -out, Contract Account, CTI Integration Functional knowledge of relevant SAP modules e.g. ILM Experience with integration of SAP with other systems with different technologies (OData, Idocs) Handling various performance problems that can arise when executing massive runs (Change of master data) Knowledge of the Swedish Utility Market Additional info We believe that you have strong communicative skills and a creative and analytical mindset. You master English in both spoken and written format, Swedish is considered as a plus. Finally you are a person who wants to develop colleagues by proactively coaching and supporting them.
