Your responsibilities  Drive Digital Transformation: Advise and support our HR stakeholders in the end-to-end implementation, enhancement and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals. Design Future-Oriented Solutions: Analyze business requirements, challenge existing HR processes and design scalable, cutting-edge solutions—leveraging AI capabilities and emerging technologies to keep our systems ahead of the curve. Hands-on Configuration & Enablement: Lead workshops, present best practices and independently configure both the Learning and Performance & Goals modules to continuously elevate user experience, process efficiency and business value. Take End-to-End Ownership: Assume full responsibility for your dedicated functional areas from day one, drive strategic initiatives and actively shape the evolution of our global Talent & Learning technology landscape. Lead Impactful Projects: Plan, manage and coordinate complex Talent Management system projects in close, collaborative partnership with HR functions, business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external implementation partners. Several years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a strong focus on Performance & Goals and Learning Solid understanding of HR processes and experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills  High English level (C1) Creating a future worth living for future generations gets us out of bed every morning.
