Security Coordinator SK

We are looking for people with… At least 1 year of experience in security operations, compliance, retail security or similar operational roles. Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a comparable store leadership role within retail is a plus. Good understanding of store operations, security standards and compliance programs. Experience supporting audits, monitoring requirements and following up action plans. Familiarity with inventory processes, including Yearly Stock Take (YST). Experience supporting or participating in investigations, including fraud cases and incident reporting. Ability to work with audit, reporting and compliance‑tracking tools and systems. Good English skills, written and spoken. Native or fluent level of Slovak, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
