Country Security Information and Requirements Solution Scope Of Work Security Senior Information Solution Architect Assignment Objective Our Client is establishing a structured and sustainable capability for managing Country Security Information and Requirements. The purpose of this assignment is to define, design, and build the Minimum Viable Product for an AI-native Single Source of Truth for Country Security Information and Requirements that supports employees, security functions, sales teams, project teams, and managers operating or preparing to operate in Medium Risk and High Risk countries. The primary objective is to create a solution that is useful, practical, and sustainable, while reducing the effort required to create, maintain, find, and apply country-specific security requirements and guidance. The solution shall provide an authoritative source for country security requirements, minimum security operating conditions, operational readiness information, security contacts, and other guidance required to support workforce protection and risk-informed business decisions. The solution shall also support pre-sales and delivery activities by helping stakeholders understand the likely security requirements, operating conditions, and security-related cost drivers associated with opportunities involving in-person operations in, or transit through, Medium Risk and High Risk countries. The assignment shall begin by defining and evaluating alternative ambition levels for the capability. The consultant shall present options, recommend a target ambition level, support decision-making, and then proceed with implementation of the approved approach. Success will not be measured by technical complexity. Success will be measured by whether the selected ambition level delivers a maintainable solution that reduces workload, improves consistency, and becomes the trusted source for country security requirements. Experience designing scalable knowledge-management solutions. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, artificial intelligence enablement, or retrieval-based knowledge solutions is preferred. Support selection of the target ambition level. Design and build the Minimum Viable Product. Define information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, ownership, and governance. Define content lifecycle processes, including creation, review, approval, publishing, and retirement. Define minimum country-level information requirements. Implement pilot-country content structure. Implement the solution for Medium Risk and High Risk countries. Design the solution for distributed ownership across multiple organizations. Country Security Information templates and metadata standards are established. Pilot-country content is available and maintained through the agreed model. The Responsibility Assignment Matrix is complete. The solution is demonstrated to be practical, maintainable, and capable of reducing ongoing workload. The solution is capable of serving as the authoritative source for country security requirements. Recommendations for future enhancements have been handed over to the Client.
