Segment Lead Healthcare Building Nordics

we are looking for a person with the following background and experiences: Experiences from the development and execution of large hospital projects in a Nordic context Good understanding of contracting models, negotiations, and commercial set-ups in complex construction projects or similar projects Proactive customer approach Create and develop relationships with all stakeholders within the segment Strategic and operational experience and understanding from construction business and large, complex projects Team lead experience from line organization Your ways of working demonstrates a structured approach, persistence and a high level of impact on relevant stakeholders Additional information This is a full-time position that is based in one of NCC:s main offices in Denmark, Norway or Finland. Frequent travelling across the Nordic region is required for this role. The segment lead Healthcare reports to the Building Nordics Head of Business Development.
