About the role As Project Manager Operations, you will lead multiple complex projects within an industrial manufacturing environment. The role requires coordinating activities across production, manufacturing engineering, quality, logistics, purchasing, maintenance, product development, and management to ensure successful project delivery. Main responsibilities Lead and deliver multiple complex projects in parallel Establish project plans, milestones, governance, and follow-up Identify, asses and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources, cost, and timing Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization, local and globally Drive decision-making and ensure actions are implemented according to plan Prepare project status, recommendations, and decision material for management Resolve obstacles and secure progress in a dynamic manufacturing environment Contribute to the development of project management methods and ways of workingWhat we are looking for Proven experience leading complex projects in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach Experience working across functions and driving execution through othersExcellent communication and leadership skills 100% on site
