Mandatory requirements Education and certification Certification in Prosci Change Management Relevant education in change management, communications, HR, business, psychology, organizational development, or similar field Professional experience Proven experience leading large-scale IT change projects in a global business context Demonstrated experience applying Prosci methodology in an enterprise or multi-country environment Experience managing adoption of digital tools, systems, or process changes across multiple countries or regions Experience working with senior stakeholders, local leaders, and cross-functional teams Experience preparing executive-level updates and progress reports Experience building and executing communication and engagement plans for change initiatives Experience in training strategy development and rollout support Experience identifying change impacts, stakeholder groups, and resistance management actions Core competencies Strong change management capability with a structured and practical approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to build and activate local change networks, champions, or ambassador programs Strong analytical mindset to track adoption, engagement, and change KPIs Ability to influence without authority in a complex international organization Strong execution capability and ability to support implementation through stabilization Key responsibilities Develop and execute the global change management strategy for a global Health and Safety Technology solution Define the change roadmap and deployment approach by country Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment Build and support a network of local Change Champions and Ambassadors Manage resistance and mitigation plans Support country teams during implementation and stabilization Monitor adoption and engagement through KPIs Develop the global communication plan and communication materials Ensure consistent messaging across all countries Support awareness campaigns before, during, and after deployment
