Be accountable for revenue and forecast management across accounts, ensuring reporting accuracy and pipeline health. Build strong, cohesive relationships across an ecosystem of clients, partner agencies and internal teams. QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS Thorough strategic and commercial knowledge within a digital agency environment. Experience across CRM, owned channels, or CX platform projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. A collaborative ‘one team’ approach that enables client and agency village partners to work cohesively. Demonstrable experience delivering measurable business impact, with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
