key responsibilities include** - Owning and evolving our NetSuite platform and AI strategy — directing AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and reduce manual configuration, while maintaining a clear point of view on which of NetSuite's emerging AI capabilities and third-party agentic tools we should adopt and when. - Designing agentic workflows where AI handles repetitive financial processes — reconciliations, approvals, data routing — end-to-end, with appropriate human oversight built in. - Leading integration architecture across NetSuite and adjacent systems, acting as technical lead and quality reviewer for AI-generated scripts, integrations, and automations. - Driving compliance and continuous improvement, using AI-assisted analysis to proactively surface data integrity issues, audit risks, and optimisation opportunities. - Providing technical mentorship, supporting training materials to broaden ERP know-how across the organisation, and helping grow the Tech team through interviewing, onboarding, and contributing to best practices. ## **Requirements** - At least 6 years of hands-on ERP experience with strong NetSuite expertise across configuration, SuiteScript, workflows, and integrations — ideally in a publicly listed or compliance-heavy environment. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Information Technology, or a related field. - An agentic development mindset.A genuine understanding of how AI coding assistants and agentic tools change the ERP specialist's role, with real experience reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs.
