Your team We are on a mission to lead the industry in AI & Automation, delivering smarter products, services, and experiences for our customers. Our cross-functional team, consisting of Data/Platform Engineers and a Product Manager, combines deep technical expertise with a passion for innovation. Together, we design scalable solutions that leverage statistics, machine learning, and GenAI to solve real business challenges across the bank. Your role As a Senior AI Platform Engineer, you will be key in developing and maintaining our hybrid data platforms. You will use your expertise to design efficient data and machine learning pipelines that serve as the foundation for our AI initiatives. Our environments span both on-premises and cloud platforms, so you should enjoy hands-on engineering, especially in Linux environments; bonus points if you prefer working in the terminal. We believe DevOps and solid software engineering practices are essential to delivering AI in production, enabling branch offices and business teams to use the insights and models we create. You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and Data Scientists to ensure our platforms are robust, scalable, and ready for innovation. If you are a seasoned engineer who enjoys working end-to-end, from data sourcing and transformation to operationalising models, and want to advance CI/CD and ML pipelines in a complex regulated environment, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact. Your profile You have several years of professional experience as a Data, DevOps, Software, or ML Engineer and hold a university degree in a technical field with strong academic results. You are skilled in software development, with proficiency in Python and SQL, and have a strong understanding of system design. You have built and maintained data pipelines, ideally using tools such as dbt and Prefect, and you are experienced with containerised development in Linux. You are familiar with deploying or supporting ML models in production environments (MLOps) and apply test-driven development practices in your work. You are willing to learn, or already have, Swedish language skills. Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible is a plus. As a person, you have excellent problem-solving skills and enjoy tackling challenges with code. You are curious and inventive, continuously striving to learn and improve.
