Senior Android Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Android Engineer based in Sweden. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a fast-growing consumer mobile product used by students around the world. You will lead Android development end-to-end, from architecture and performance to releases and long-term technical direction. Working within a small, highly autonomous engineering team, you will have significant influence over the mobile roadmap and product experience. You will mentor existing mobile engineers while raising the standard for Android engineering quality, usability, and craft. The role combines hands-on development with close collaboration across engineering, product, growth, onboarding, and retention. You will work in a product-led growth environment where experimentation, A/B testing, measurement, and rapid iteration are central to decision-making. As mobile becomes an increasingly important part of the product, you may also help shape and grow a dedicated mobile engineering team.
