The Team: The Celonis Business Apps Supply Chain team is an innovative group of product and technology enthusiasts focused on creating and deploying next-generation solutions in the Supply Chain domain. The Role: You will gain experience in the Supply Chain and related processes and act as the interface between customers, our Go-To-Market and our Product & Engineering teams, shaping the future of Celonis’ product offering in this domain. As an Application Product Manager for Procurement, you will operate at the intersection of customer-facing solution engineering and core product innovation to architect and deploy cutting-edge enterprise AI solutions. In this hybrid role, you will partner directly with strategic customers to build bespoke, composable procurement and supply chain architectures using the Celonis Context Model (CCM) and advanced decision intelligence. By leveraging modern AI tooling and LLM-based coding agents, you will abstract field insights into reusable semantic libraries, directly accelerating Celonis' global agentic deployment workflows. You get hands-on: prototyping on the platform, wiring up data, building AI-driven solutions, and iterating directly with the people who'll use them. The work you’ll do: Your mission is to make the vision of AI-powered solutions a reality by building products that turn the cutting edge capabilities of the Celonis Platform from strategy into solutions that customers use to run their Procurement processes. Discovery & Solution Blueprinting: Conduct collaborative discovery workshops to uncover root-causes and operational inefficiencies, mapping ambiguous customer needs into clear technical scopes and comprehensive solution blueprints. Context Model & Solution Deployment: Execute hands-on deployments of customer-specific context models, data structures, and end-to-end supply chain blueprints within the Celonis platform. Project Management & Customer Value: Own customer deployments end-to-end from initial kickoff to live production, presenting complex architectural solutions and strategic value narratives directly to cross-functional stakeholders and executive teams. Prototype & Test Functions: Design, validate, and test use-case-specific decision intelligence functions, including e.g. optimization algorithms and predictive models. Context Generation: Deconstruct monolithic application architectures and translate deployment learnings into reusable semantic entities and modular context libraries. The qualifications you need: 4+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Product Engineer, Technical Product Manager, Founding/Forward-Deployed Engineer, Implementation Consultant or a comparable technical, customer-facing role hybrid role. Comprehensive knowledge of core operational workflows in supply chain and procurement. You can speak the language of C-suite executives and seamlessly connect complex, systemic bottlenecks to strategic AI solutions. A track record of building coherent solutions, not just isolated features. You think in terms of the whole solution and how the pieces fit together. Expert in data analysis and data modeling including tools native to the Celonis platform: SQL, Python, quick to pick up new tools and platforms and able to prototype and build. Experience with platform-native tools like PQL is a significant asset. Advanced architectural mastery of LLM orchestration, tool use/function calling, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and agentic patterns for enterprise workflows. Hands-on exposure to enterprise architectures, with ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) logic considered a strong plus. Demonstrated project management capabilities accompanied by excellent planning and organizational skills. Creativity in problem-solving, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating smoothly across multi-disciplinary squads. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to work very closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders. Fluency in spoken and written English (knowledge of German is a plus).
