Senior Associate, Risk, Data Governance

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information management, risk, business, or a related field. CDMP from DAMA or similar recognized qualification Professional Experience 3+ years of experience in data governance, risk management, compliance, or a related field (preferably within financial services). Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data lifecycle management. Exposure to data governance tools (e.g., data catalogues, data quality platforms) is an advantage. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Skills and Knowledge Understanding of data governance concepts and frameworks. Basic knowledge of data lifecycle management, metadata, data quality, and access management. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to draft and maintain documentation. Good communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue management.
