Due to an increase pipeline of work, we are looking for a Senior BIM Modeller - Building Services. This role can be based in Sydney How you’ll make a difference: Work in a multidisciplinary design services team providing Building Services BIM modelling services to clients across Defence, Healthcare, Aviation, Education, Commercial and Civil Infrastructure projects. Be responsible for the management of all BIM related data requirements for projects throughout design and construction phases. Work closely with internal BIM Technicians and designers to produce drawings and models to achieve our clients’ goals and key project performance indicators. Produce accurate reports to discuss with the Design manager on each project and work closely with our project controls team ensuring the management systems of projects are efficiently integrated. Use your knowledge of model management, BIM coordination, clash detection and ISO19650 to facilitate multidisciplinary coordination meetings. Technical qualifications from an approved TAFE or educational institution, or equivalent industry experience, with 5-10+ years' experience in Building Services BIM modelling. Ability to chair workshops with BIM project stakeholders demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to create reports and VR presentations to effectively communicate with clients. Demonstrated experience producing high-quality BIM models and documentation within a Building Services environment (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and/or Hydraulics). Advanced Autodesk Revit experience is essential. Previous experience with Revizto, Navisworks, Dynamo and Power BI is highly regarded. Given the nature of the projects, Australian Citizenship is preferred, with current defence clearance highly regarded. Come and grow with us.
