Job Description We are looking for a senior, self-driven, and forward-leaning individual with deep Custody domain expertise. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who is comfortable working independently, taking the lead in complex analysis, and influencing and coordinating stakeholders at all levels. Required experience and capabilities: - Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the Custody domain. - Deep understanding of Custody processes, products, and operations. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience working in large-scale transformation programs. - Strong delivery focus with the ability to create structure and drive progress in complex environments. - Technical background and experience working closely with technology teams. - Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership from analysis through implementation. Strongly preferred experience: - Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of tax reporting within Custody is a strong preference. - Experience with QI, TRACE and/or KU reporting is considered a significant advantage. - Experience working with SRD II, global markets, custody data models, and vendor solutions such as Broadridge, ISS, or equivalent -voting/disclosure platforms would be highly advantageous. - Practical understanding of how tax-reporting requirements translate into operational processes, business requirements, and system solutions is highly valued. The successful candidate is: - Senior, credible, and highly knowledgeable within Custody. - Proactive, self-going, and comfortable taking ownership. - Structured and organized, while remaining pragmatic. - Social and collaborative, with strong stakeholder management skills. - Results-oriented and driven by delivery and execution. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating clarity and momentum.
