Senior Business Analyst

Assignment description We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to take a leading role within an IT Delivery & Migration workstream as part of a larger HR transformation program. The assignment focuses on driving the workstream from planning into execution and ensuring successful implementation, migration, testing, integration and go-live readiness. You will lead and coordinate activities across multiple parallel initiatives and ensure that delivery is aligned with project plans, governance and established ways of working. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, global functions, vendors and other project streams. You are responsible for creating structure, transparency and momentum while managing integrations, testing, data migration and system implementations. The role also includes coordinating cutover, go-live and transition to support, as well as managing risks, issues, dependencies and escalations. You will ensure traceability between requirements, testing and delivery and maintain relevant project documentation and reporting. Part of the assignment will also include broader Business Analyst responsibilities, such as investigations and assessments, requirements analysis, business process analysis and strategic and operational improvement initiatives. Qualifications: You have strong experience in IT delivery and program coordination. You have solid experience in business analysis and requirements management. You have experience coordinating integrations and managing integration dependencies. You have strong test management experience, including SIT, UAT and integration testing. You have experience with data migration and data quality. You have experience planning and coordinating cutover and go-live activities. You have strong risk and stakeholder management skills. You have experience coordinating vendors and suppliers. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field. You have 5+ years of experience in roles such as Senior Business Analyst, IT Delivery Lead, Migration Lead or System Analyst. You have experience leading complex IT implementations or transformation programs. You have experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Preferred Experience It is meriting if you have experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Aditro or similar HR platforms. A plus is experience from HR or ERP transformation programs. It is meriting if you have experience with payroll systems and payroll parallel testing. Experience with cutover and go-live management is an advantage. A plus is experience with supplier and vendor management. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, SAFe, Scrum or ISTQB are advantageous. You are a structured and self-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and leadership. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships with stakeholders and are comfortable navigating complex environments with multiple parallel initiatives. You combine strategic oversight with attention to detail and take a pragmatic, proactive and solution-oriented approach to your work. You are comfortable stepping into an ongoing transformation initiative, taking ownership quickly and driving integration, migration, testing and deployment activities through to successful delivery.
