Senior Business Architect

We at WeQuel are now looking for a Senior Business Architect in Södertälje where you'll become an important part of our client's Commercial End-to-End Architecture team, with focus on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. You will work in close collaboration with program stakeholders to ensure end-to-end consistency across the O2C process, alignment with other ERP processes, and the client's Commercial Target Architecture. Your responsibilities: Representation and safeguarding of the O2C process within the IEB program, with focus on sales of Trucks, Buses and Power Solutions, in alignment with other core processes (Finance, Procurement, Plan & Fulfill) Collaboration with cross-program process streams and the Service Integrator to secure seamless end-to-end process integration across business areas Alignment of the O2C process for external sales with inter- and intracompany needs Support to Business Process Owners (BPOs) and other roles in establishing process documentation, governance and global templates Safeguarding of business objectives and target architecture, steering design decisions towards scalability and industry best practices Identification, communication and escalation of business impacts when aligning current processes with industry standard processes Collaboration with Process Developers, realization leads, cross-program process streams and the Service Integrator Alignment of the order process between SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create an end-to-end O2C process across the two ERP systems You work in a dynamic environment where you independently drive your workflow forward while collaborating across multiple interfaces within the organization. Requirements: 8+ years of documented experience relevant to the role – business architecture and SAP S/4HANA O2C University degree, preferably within the domain of Computer Science Fluent English, both written and spoken Experience with process documentation and BPMN process documentation tools (ARIS is used at the client) Documented experience within the Order-to-Delivery domain in a manufacturing environment Solid understanding of sales, delivery (including export), and invoicing processes Significant experience working as a Business Architect in complex and global environments Preferably located in the Stockholm area, to support a hybrid assignment with the current requirement of presence in the Södertälje office 3 days/week Pragmatic and results-oriented mindset Strong stakeholder communication skills Strong collaboration and cross-functional alignment capabilities Ability to balance business objectives, architectural principles, and practical delivery needs Meriterande (Nice to have): Experience from the automotive industry Experience working with complex, specification-based products Experience from multiple ERP implementation projects Assignment details: Start date: 2026-10-05 End date: 2027-09-30 Workload: 100% Hybrid setup – onsite 3 days/week in Södertälje We offer: At WeQuel, you become part of a consulting team that values people first – we believe success is created through engagement, collaboration and development.
