Senior Cloud Engineer at Luscii

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of complex technical challenges, makes pragmatic engineering decisions, and is excited about helping others succeed along the way. You value open communication, transparency, and mutual trust. - You have at least 6 years of experience building and operating large-scale cloud platforms, with deep hands-on AWS expertise and including the same amount of experience in senior-level ownership of modern cloud architectures; - You have extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and treat infrastructure with the same rigour as application code; - You have a strong understanding of cloud-native, serverless and event-driven architectures, and the judgement to apply them pragmatically; - You know how to build reliable production systems with observability, automated deployments and safe release practices built in; - You enjoy modernising legacy platforms through incremental improvements rather than big-bang rewrites, while bringing others along in the process; - You have strong backend engineering experience, preferably with Node.js and TypeScript; - You are open to working in a Holacratic organization and curious about our way of organizing work, roles, and responsibilities; - English is our primary language for all internal communication at Luscii, so you're fluent in that language. #### **Interested?
