We are looking for an energetic and driven Senior Consultant / Manager with strong project management and project management office (PMO) experience to join our M&A Deal Transformation team in Helsinki.  Our Deal Transformation team provides synergy, separation, HR, IT and commercial due diligence services as well as design, planning and execution support of integration and separation programmes typically in M&A context. Our team also provides profitability and working capital improvement services. As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are now looking for the right candidates to join our team of multi-disciplinary M&A experts.     The Role  This position offers a unique opportunity to further develop your expertise through complex domestic and international M&A engagements. You will work closely with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initial analysis and planning to integration, separation and transformation execution. Client work is at the core of this role, and you will collaborate with senior executives, management teams and functional leaders across a wide range of industries. This exposure will give you a unique opportunity to deepen your business acumen and gain hands-on experience in some of the most significant business transformations in the market. Every transaction is different. One month you may be helping integrate two Nordic industrial businesses, while the next you may be supporting a carve-out of an international technology organisation. The role offers exposure to high-impact situations where strategic decisions must be translated into practical execution.  Depending on your experience and background, you will join us as either a Senior Consultant or Manager. We welcome candidates from consulting, transformation offices, PMO functions, programme management roles, operational leadership positions and M&A-related project environments.  What you will do  You will play a key role in helping clients execute complex integration, separation and transformation programmes by ensuring effective programme governance, stakeholder alignment and execution discipline.  Typical responsibilities include:  Establishing and running PMO structures and governance models  Coordinating workstreams across business, HR, IT and other functions  Tracking programme progress, milestones, risks and dependencies  Preparing steering committee materials and executive reporting  Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions  Supporting integration and separation planning activities  Driving issue resolution and ensuring execution momentum   Contributing to business development and proposal work  Why Deloitte?  🟢 At Deloitte, we value every individual and prioritise feedback and coaching at all stages of your career. Then you might be the team member we are looking for!  To succeed in this role, you also have:  4-8 years of relevant experience in project management, programme management, PMO, business transformation or consulting  Hands-on experience in project coordination, project management or PMO activities, including programme governance, executive reporting, steering committee support and stakeholder management. You understand the key success factors of projects and know how to drive execution in a structured and proactive manner.  Proactive and hands-on attitude for delivering high-quality client service  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate client workshops and discussions  Fluency in Finnish and English  Relevant university degree in business, finance or another relevant field  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and communicate key messages through clear presentations and reports  You are likely to thrive in this role if you:  Enjoy creating structure in complex environments   Can keep multiple stakeholders aligned   Take ownership and drive things forward  Communicate confidently with both executives and operational teams  Balance attention to detail with a broader business perspective  Experience in participating in transformation projects and basic understanding of M&A is an advantage. 🕒  When:  Apply now or by  Monday, 31 August  at the latest.  👉  How:  Please submit your application through our recruitment system.
