Senior Consultants within performance improvement - for our team in Stockholm

We are looking for candidates who are curious, ambitious, and hungry to learn. As you should expect to be managing projects with responsibility for leading other consultants, we are searching for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ management consulting experience or similar.  Ideally you will have:   5 to 10 years of experience within the area of performance improvement, agile operations, operational excellence or supply chain management. Experience from consulting within the sectors of manufacturing, transport and/or defense. Demonstrated leadership in large, diverse project teams and the ability to work effectively across all organisational levels, delivering creative and impactful solutions.
