Senior CRM Developer, Salesforce and HubSpot

<img src="https://we-work-remotely.imgix.net/logos/0171/6314/logo.gif?ixlib=rails-4.0.0&w=50&h=50&dpr=2&fit=fill&auto=compress" /> <p> <strong>Headquarters:</strong> Cairo, Egypt <br /><strong>URL:</strong> <a href="http://rsa.com">http://rsa.com</a> </p> <p><br></p><p><b><strong>Principal Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><ul><li><span>Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows</span></li><li><span>Configure, customize, and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and other platform capabilities.</span></li><li><span>Support the administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of HubSpot, including integrations, workflows, forms, and marketing automation.</span></li><li><span>Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions within the Salesforce platform</span></li><li><span>Participate in code reviews and contribute to the enforcement of Salesforce development best practices</span></li><li><span>Support ongoing Salesforce administration tasks including configuration, user management, data quality, and reporting</span></li><li><span>Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions across the CRM ecosystem.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate effectively with other developers, administrators, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment</span></li><li><span>Contribute to CRM modernization initiatives by leveraging automation, AI capabilities, and emerging Salesforce and HubSpot features.</span></li><li><span>Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and support documentation.</span></li><li><span>Stay current with Salesforce and HubSpot platform releases, new capabilities, and industry best practices.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><b><strong>Skills:</strong></b></p><ul><li><span>Experience developing and supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce Cloud applications, including setup, theming, and user access controls</span></li><li><span>Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge of HubSpot administration, APIs, workflows, or marketing automation, or the ability to quickly learn and support HubSpot.</span></li><li><span>Solid understanding of Salesforce administrative features such as profiles, roles, flows, validation rules, and page layouts</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across functions</span></li><li><span>Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment</span></li><li><span>Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><b><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience</span></li><li><span>5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span>RSA is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
