Senior CRM Project Manager

We are looking for an adaptable, delivery-focused leader with a proven track record of managing projects for large-scale global accounts. You are proactive in driving initiatives forward, ensuring campaigns regularly surpass client expectations. You bring a positive, solution-driven mindset and the agility to navigate the complexities of global matrix organizations. As you will be overseeing several workstreams simultaneously, you are exceptionally organized and can keep the big picture in focus while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. In addition, you have: 5+ years of Project Management experience within CRM, digital marketing, or an enterprise agency environment. Proven experience working with enterprise global brands (experience in the luxury and/or automotive sectors is highly preferred). Extensive experience managing key stakeholders across complex, multi-region departments. Deep understanding of data-driven workflows, technical projects, and enterprise marketing automation platforms. Hands-on experience executing and implementing projects within CRM, web, and/or marketing automation ecosystems. Strong proficiency with enterprise platforms, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud. The ownership, confidence, and discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets with precision. Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills in English.
