As a Customer Architect, you'll play a critical role in helping customers realize the full value of the Restaurant365 platform. You'll design scalable solutions spanning product configuration, integrations, business processes, and operational workflows, while identifying opportunities to solve meaningful business problems with AI. You'll personally architect and build AI-powered applications, agents, automations, and workflows for both customers and internal Restaurant365 teams. This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems and building repeatable solutions that improve customer outcomes. You'll be expected to move from problem discovery and solution design to hands-on building and deployment, using modern AI development tools to turn ideas into working solutions. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support to remove technical and operational barriers while helping shape the future of Enterprise Customer Success at Restaurant365.
