TEAM The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile industry. The team plays a key role in Voodoo’s long-term strategy by accelerating product diversification and providing a state of the art growth-engine to distribute and scale our games. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who thrives on transforming data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decisions, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to fuel growth. By joining this team, you will directly shape Voodoo’s marketing and monetization strategies, helping our apps reach and engage hundreds of millions of users worldwide. ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Engineering & Data team. The objective of this team is to accelerate the growth of the company by serving as the on-demand prediction provider for all Voodoo BUs. This involves addressing critical needs such as predicting campaign LTV for User Acquisition optimization, determining optimal monetization offers for millions of players or constructing confidence intervals for time series data prediction. We want to onboard a passionate data analyst with significant experience in a similar environment to allow us to go one step further. This is an opportunity to have a strategic and critical impact on Voodoo’s success. This position is hybrid and requires 3 days per week in the office based in Paris. - Design, build and monitor data models & dashboards to track business metrics - Work with cross-functional teams to identify key business needs and solve them using adequate statistical models - Thoroughly document your results and offer onboarding and continuous training to help teams effectively utilize data and insights. - Establish data quality processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of our machine learning models. - Promote data literacy within the organization and serve as the primary point of contact for all data-related inquiries and support. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to efficiently manage senior stakeholders within a fast-paced scale-up environment. - Work closely with the central data team to source additional data and enhance data management practices PROFILE - At least 4 years' experience in Data Analysis - Proficient with SQL and/or Python, with a proven experience working with large and complex data sets. - Autonomous person with a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. - Experience with statistical modeling & predictive analytics - Excellent verbal & written communication abilities - Experience building dashboards with Tableau. - Experience in gaming industry or mobile marketing is a plus - Any personal or professional experience with machine learning will be valued OUR STACK SQL; Python; DBT; AWS; Tableau BENEFITS - Competitive salary based on experience - Swile Lunch voucher - Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo) - Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family - Wellness activities in our Paris office - Remote Fridays
