Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d)

About the role: Data is at the heart of every decision we make at Redcare Pharmacy. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping our product and business teams unlock the full value of data while supporting one of our largest transformation programmes—our migration from an on-premise data platform to a modern cloud-based analytics ecosystem. Working within our Data Analytics organisation, you'll partner closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders and technical teams to transform complex business challenges into scalable data solutions. Whether you join our Global Sales or Operations domain, you'll take ownership of end-to-end analytics initiatives, influence technical direction, and help shape the future of self-service analytics across the business. Beyond building data products, you'll act as a technical leader within the team—sharing your expertise, mentoring colleagues, and driving best practices in data modelling, reporting and AI-enabled analytics.
