Senior Designer - Brand & Creative

Qualifications: 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house environment A strong portfolio showing expertise in branding, digital, and motion design, with deep command of typography, color theory, composition, and storytelling Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Highly self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and presentation skills Passion for hands-on creative work and a desire to continually push and refine your craft Nice to have: experience in healthcare, health tech, or another regulated space. In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $140k to $155k in CA. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
