About the Role You will help build and run cloud-based connected vehicle services in an environment where reliability in production matters just as much as clean code. The role covers the full lifecycle of the solution, so you get to work with development, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement for services used by a global automotive customer. You will join a high-performing team and collaborate closely with developers, architects and QA in an international setup. This is a hands-on role for you if you enjoy combining backend development with cloud operations, automation and production support. It is a strong opportunity if you want real influence over both the software and how it performs in production. Job Description - You will develop and maintain backend services and supporting components in a cloud-native environment. - You will take an active role in operating services in production and improving availability, reliability and performance. - You will monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues in distributed systems, and contribute to incident investigations. - You will strengthen observability through logging, metrics, monitoring and alerting. - You will automate operational tasks and improve deployment and operational workflows. - You will drive root cause analysis and implement changes that reduce recurring incidents. - You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA and other stakeholders to improve the service continuously. - You will take end-to-end ownership of problems and help move them to resolution. Requirements - You have strong skills in software development with Java, Spring Boot and Python. - You have solid experience with the AWS cloud platform. - You are comfortable with DevOps practices and CI/CD. - You have worked with containers and cloud-native technologies. - You have experience with monitoring, logging and observability. - You are confident troubleshooting distributed systems and production issues. - You have experience with automation, scripting and Git. - You are used to modern software development practices and enjoy working close to operations.
