we are looking for: Strong Kubernetes experience, including tuning and troubleshooting on-prem Linux systems under real load Hands-on CI/CD background — GitLab CI specifically is a plus GitOps in practice, ideally with ArgoCD Software development skills in Python, Golang or Rust — enough to build and maintain the tooling around your infrastructure, not just configure it Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform A security mindset grounded in DevSecOps practices — supply chain security experience is a genuine advantage here The communication skills to work effectively across teams and document your work clearly Beyond the technical side, we care about how you work with people.
