Connect user needs, business goals and technical constraints through systems thinking. Apply principles of component-based design as part of using H&M’s internal and customer facing digital design systems. (BADS, FABRIC, RADS etc.). Use and contribute to the relevant design system.
Scope and sequence work, resolve dependencies, and identify risks early.

Run iterative testing with customers to improve usability.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility / inclusive standards (WCAG), when relevant.
