Senior Director, Provider Experience

Responsibilities: Develop deep framework and measures for understanding the experience of Oscar's providers and the impact experience has on Oscar's network. Be the voice of and advocate for the provider experience internally and externally. Define and shape the Oscar Provider Experience strategy. Collaborate with leaders across Oscar to identify and analyze strategic opportunities to define the roadmap driving Oscar's Provider Experience. Lead the execution of multiple simultaneous, high-visibility strategic projects, and partner with cross-functional leaders to operationalize recommendations. Foster relationships with SMEs and functional leaders across Oscar to understand problems impacting providers and drive alignment around the broader strategic vision. Effectively communicate goals and findings and drive organizational change management. Maintain deep healthcare market and provider experience industry knowledge, keeping a pulse on vendor innovation, regulatory changes, and competitor models. Leverage data to drive insights, root cause analysis and ROI assessments. Recruit, lead and develop a strong team dedicated to delivering high impact outcomes.
