Senior Elastic Specialist

We are now looking for a Senior Elastic Specialist on the behalf of our client, Tetra Pak. As an Elastic Stack observability specialist, you will support Tetra Pak’s digital journey by contributing to the implementation of a standardized observability stack. The role is focused on: Designing a stack that spans over air gapped environments. Analyzing current observability data and its usability in KQL Define improvements for data consistency and query performance Improving data structure and tagging Implement alerts, detection strategies and visualizations Explore storage type alternatives - hot vs cold storage Define retention policies by data type and usage Implement head/tail sampling strategies Provide documentation and knowledge transfer We believe you have: Deep expertise in the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Elastic APM, OTEL) Experience with Elastic Fleet management Strong experience in observability engineering, focusing on logs, metrics, and traces correlation Advanced expertise in KQL (Kibana Query Language) Strong experience in designing detection logic and dashboards using KQL Experience in Logstash pipeline design, transformation, and routing Experience with alerting strategies and anomaly detection within Elastic Knowledge of data modeling, tagging strategies, and schema design using Elastic Common Schema (ECS) Experience in storage tier strategies Experience integrating Elastic with external systems e.g. Splunk Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams Strong communication and documentation skills Fluency in English Start: ASAP End date: 2027-03-13 Workplace: Lund, Sweden Workload: 40h/week BYOD/CAD: BYOD On-boarding info : A drug test needs to be performed before assignment starts.
