The Opportunity We have an outstanding career opportunity for Senior Engineer- C++ and SQL at Bangalore and Pune locations. As a Senior Engineer you will design, develop, and optimize high-performance backend services using modern C++. What you’ll do… Build scalable systems with a focus on performance, concurrency, and efficiency. Design and optimize SQL queries and database schemas for large-scale workloads. Drive technical design and end-to-end delivery of complex features. Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools to improve development productivity and code quality. Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance. Who you are… Bachelor's degree required. 4+ years of experience in backend software development. Strong proficiency in C++ and SQL. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, multithreading, and system design. Experience with Linux development and performance optimization. Strong ownership, problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills. Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
