Senior Engineer

The Opportunity We have an outstanding career opportunity for Senior Engineer- C++ at Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune locations. In this role you will build scalable, high-performance enterprise software. What you’ll do… Design, develop, and maintain core components in a distributed storage platform. Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Debug complex production issues and improve system performance. Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews. Drive innovation while maintaining product quality and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. Who you are… Bachelor's degree required. 4 or more years of software development experience Strong experience in C++ Object oriented programming. Good understanding of Linux and Windows internals, including process, memory, storage, and networking concepts. Hands-on experience with debugging and troubleshooting tools such as gdb, WinDbg, ProcMon, Wireshark, tcpdump, or similar. Proven experience with crash dump analysis, memory leaks, handle leaks, deadlocks, race conditions, and performance tuning. Strong experience working with systems involving micro-services & service architecture, client-server architecture, and distributed systems. Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Design, and Design Patterns. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software development best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a strong sense of ownership. Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
