Senior Finance Admin Clerk

we are looking for someone to:  Assist with purchase ledger control processes, matching and posting of invoices Post cash and other ledger entries Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries promptly Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations Engage in project work, supporting management to ensure we obtain the best efficiency Verify the correct control checks have been considered during payment processing Complete control checks to ensure all Financial Mandating is present Be involved in reconciliation and query resolution Ensure process steps are up to date and “one best way” is followed accurately and efficiently Provide QA and feedback to processes completed across the business areas Essential Knowledge and Understanding of Microsoft applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent Numeracy skills Experience in finance administration or similar role Experience in professional working environment If you feel you have some of the skills mentioned above, but not all, please do still apply and we would be happy to have a further discussion with you in regards to your suitability for the role.
