Requirements : Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or accounting. Experience in a client services or laboratory environment is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency with financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI. Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains, and ERP systems. Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation. Collections Expertise: Demonstrated ability to establish or improve a collections process, resolve overdue payments, and manage client billing cycles. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. This is a full-time position, working Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with some weekend overtime required as needed.
