More specifically, you bring: Extensive experience as a Senior Accountant, Financial Controller, or Group Financial Controller in a complex group environment, with hands-on responsibility for accounting quality, month-end close, reporting flows, and process improvement Proven experience working independently within an international group and coordinating reporting across multiple legal entities Strong systems understanding and proven ability to improve financial processes, controls, and data flows Comfortable working with large data sets and financial analysis, with the accounting knowledge required to identify and resolve underlying issues Communicative, and thrive with many stakeholder touchpoints Take ownership, drive your own work forward, and value collaboration A natural drive, with a habit of taking your own initiative, motivated by creating order, quality, and efficiency Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written Experience with NetSuite, outsourced accounting or corporate service providers, a niche bank, fintech, or another regulated financial business is a plus Why Brocc? You'll join at a pivotal moment in our growth, with real ownership of your area and direct visibility to senior leadership, including the CRO, CEO, and Board. We move fast, we value people who take initiative, and we're building a credit institution that genuinely changes how consumers and counterparties experience finance. Sound like you?
