Senior Firmware Architect, Management Power and Thermal

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior FW MNG Architect to join our team of specialists and help build the future of high-performance computing. Our next InfiniBand, NVL, and Ethernet switches will play a key role in linking and powering some of the most advanced compute clusters globally. In this Architect role, you will define the Architecture of the firmware management of our next-generation switches that support many innovative compute clusters and supercomputers. What you'll be doing: Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including other architecture teams, system software, firmware, and hardware teams, to ensure the successful execution of the project. Defining the build framework for firmware management, power, and thermal running on switches. Helping to determine and implement the strategic vision for NVIDIA networking alongside adjacent software and hardware architect What we need to see: BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent experience. 5+ years of practical experience in firmware design and/or firmware architecture. Excellent communication skills to effectively work with diverse teams and collaborators. Can-do attitude and high energy with leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn sophisticated concepts in a fast-paced environment. Strong managerial, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Knowledge of Ethernet/IP technologies, cloud, or data-center technologies. Experience in programming computer networks. Strong understanding of system build principles.
