Senior Fullstack Developer to MittVaccin

The position As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in developing MittVaccin, Sweden's leading digital vaccination platform. Working closely with developers, architects, and product owners, you will design and build modern, scalable solutions with a primary focus on backend development and infrastructure. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to everything from architecture and new product development to operations and performance optimization. Rather than maintaining legacy systems, you will help modernize and shape the future of digital vaccination services. Joining a small, agile team with high autonomy and ownership, you will have a direct impact on products that support healthcare providers and improve public health across Sweden and beyond. About you You are passionate about finding the best solutions for our customers, have a pedagogical approach, and find it interesting to deepen your understanding of various healthcare processes and needs—translating them into technical solutions. You work independently with strong self-motivation but also thrive when collaborating with your team members or customers. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer Strong proficiency in SQL (including stored programs, views, and performance optimization) Extensive knowledge of PHP and PHPUnit, including object-oriented frameworks Experience with JavaScript and React or similar libraries Knowledge of API design and development Experience working with Linux-based application operations, including server maintenance, upgrades, security management, infrastructure-related tasks, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Experience in requirements gathering, architecture/design, and development infrastructure like Git and pipeline Solid experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, as it is required for daily communication. It's a bonus if you have Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Apache, MySQL, Redis, Docker, Ansible, or similar technologies used in application operations and infrastructure management. Experience with clustered environments and load balancing for web applications Experience with API technologies such as SOAP and REST and Sweden’s national/regional technical services from Inera (national service architecture) and e-Hälsomyndigheten (NDI) Experience using standards and reference models for healthcare informatics and interoperability, such as FHIR, OpenEHR, Snomed-CT, ICD and related regulatory frameworks for information management Experience working with IT/development in healthcare, giving you an understanding of the laws and regulations that impact system design Experience in utilizing various AI tools and techniques in analysis, design, coding and testing Place of employment : Stockholm Scope : Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office) Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period Additional Information: The role involves access to sensitive information, therefore a background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
