Senior Fullstack Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a ground-floor opportunity on an early engineering team building an AI-native FP&A SaaS platform that helps finance teams modernize planning, forecasting, and reporting. You'll work closely with technical leadership to deliver high-impact features across multiple product engineering teams — with real ownership from day one. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap. - Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end. - Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code with strong CI/CD practices. - Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team culture. - Collaborate with Design and Operations teams on continuous product improvements. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5–10+ years of fullstack engineering experience, ideally as a balanced fullstack or strongly frontend-focused engineer. - Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend. - Solid experience building frontends with React. - Experience with MongoDB as an application database and BigQuery for analytics and large dataset queries. - Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Strong experience with automated testing, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong collaboration skills working alongside senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams. - Genuine interest in building AI-focused products in a fast-moving environment. - Background at a high-caliber technology or consulting organization is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary range: $150,000 – $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available for this role. LOCATION Fully remote — open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
