About the assignment: DNB is building the next generation of its Savings & Investment platform, with the ambition of becoming Norway’s leading investment platform. We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong technical skills, a user-centric mindset, and an interest in Savings & Investments. Oppdragsbeskrivelse / arbeidsoppgaver You will join a cross-functional product team and contribute across the full technology stack, from frontend development and user experience to backend services and domain understanding. The role includes: · Building modern, user-friendly investment solutions · Developing frontend applications and backend-for-frontend (BFF) APIs · Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering · Taking ownership of solutions from concept to production · Contributing to DNB’s AI transformation and adoption of AI within engineering Krav til kvalifikasjoner Senior Fullstack Engineer with minimum 7 years of relevant experienceFrontend competencies: Frontend: · Strong React and TypeScript experience · Experience with monorepos and micro-frontends · Reusable components and design systems · Accessibility and WCAG · Automated testing · Frontend performance optimization · Experience with bundlers such as Vite, Webpack, Nx or Turborepo Backend: · Experience building RESTful BFF APIs · Microservice integration · Strong Kotlin or Java experience · Strong .net experince · API design and contracts (OpenAPI/Swagger) · Authentication and authorization (OAuth2/JWT) AI: · Practical experience with LLMs, AI-assisted development and integrating AI capabilities into software solutions · Able to guide and support AI adoption and engineering best practices Other · AWS experience · Strong collaboration and communication skills Good-to-have · Maven/Gradle · GitLab/GitHub CI/CD · pnpm workspaces · Feature flags, A/B testing and progressive rollout · Mentoring and contribution to engineering standards Responsibilities & Expectations: You will develop modern frontend solutions and BFF services, working closely with product owners, designers and developers. A strong focus on user experience, product understanding and technical quality is expected. You should be comfortable taking ownership, making technical decisions and contributing to engineering standards across the team.
