Senior Game Producer, Premium Content - VALORANT

Qualifications: 5+ years of game production experience, including experience shipping AAA games or major AAA game content. 2+ years owning production of player-facing content for a AAA live-service game. Experience owning end-to-end production of high-quality, player-facing creative content, with substantial experience working directly with Art, VFX, Animation, and Technical Art teams. Experience making scope, priority, and resource decisions by balancing player value, quality, development cost, risk, and delivery constraints. Experience managing delivery and dependencies across distributed teams and co-development or external development partners, including identifying root causes and solving delivery challenges. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with Product and Creative teams to align priorities and navigate trade-offs. Desired Qualifications: Experience with cosmetics or monetization systems, including an understanding of how they create player and commercial value. Experience working on competitive multiplayer games. Experience with VALORANT or other first-person shooters.
