About the Role As a Senior Group Accountant, you will strengthen a group accounting team with a clear focus on accurate, timely, and high-quality consolidated reporting. You will work in an international environment with listed-company reporting requirements, close collaboration across subsidiaries, and a strong link between accounting, analysis, and external reporting. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to closings, consolidation, reporting quality, and continuous improvement across processes and systems. It is a great opportunity if you enjoy combining detail-oriented finance work with broader influence on how group reporting is developed. Job Description You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual group closing processes, including preparation and validation of consolidation entries. You will collaborate with subsidiaries and internal stakeholders to secure timely and accurate financial submissions. You will perform financial analysis and prepare supporting documentation for internal and external reporting. You will contribute to external IFRS financial reporting, including notes and disclosures for quarterly and annual filings. You will maintain data in the consolidation system and help ensure consistency and accuracy across group entities. You will support the development and documentation of group accounting policies, processes, and controls. You will take part in projects related to reporting improvements and system enhancements. You will coordinate with auditors and support the audit process with evidence and explanations. You will identify opportunities to improve group accounting procedures and ways of working. Requirements You have 5–7 years of experience in finance, preferably within a global corporate accounting function or from an audit firm, of which 2-3 years of specific Group accounting experience with Financial reporting. You have experience with compliance and reporting for listed companies. You have a university degree in Business Administration, with a major in finance or accounting, or equivalent. You have a solid understanding of IFRS accounting standards and familiarity with group consolidation principles. You have experience preparing financial reports and working with month-end and year-end closing processes. You are proficient in Excel for financial analysis and reporting tasks. You have experience working with consolidation systems. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. You work in a self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented way, and you communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Nice to have Experience with SOX compliance and reporting requirements for U.S.-listed companies. Experience with AARO.
