Senior IT Project Manager – Cloud, AI & M365

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise technology initiatives involving cloud services, Microsoft 365, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and IT infrastructure modernization. The successful candidate will manage projects from analysis and planning through implementation, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multiple complex IT projects from initiation through implementation. Develop project charters, project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, and delivery strategies. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance. Lead cloud-based, M365, AI, infrastructure, and enterprise technology initiatives. Identify, analyze, and manage risks associated with large and complex projects. Coordinate business requirements, solution delivery, implementation, and project documentation. Work with business and IT leadership to define project objectives, scope, assumptions, benefits, timelines, and resource requirements. Manage relationships with project sponsors, technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders. Prepare and present project status reports, recommendations, risks, and deliverables to leadership and steering committees. Lead stakeholder meetings and facilitate decision-making across business and technical teams. Support change management, communications, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation readiness. Ensure project solutions consider applicable security controls, policies, processes, architecture, and governance requirements. Support continuous improvement, lessons learned, and project closeout activities.
