About the Role You will take a key role in a production transformation where IT deliveries need to support real change on the shop floor. Working in an advanced manufacturing environment within the automotive sector, you will connect production, automation and IT to turn business needs into effective solutions that strengthen day-to-day operations. You will act as the main IT counterpart to the production organization and coordinate deliveries across several local and central teams. The role covers multiple IT/OT initiatives in Paintshop and Press Shop, with a strong focus on planning, dependencies, risk management and implementation in a business-critical setting. Job Description You will lead and coordinate IT activities across a portfolio of transformation initiatives linked to production and manufacturing operations. You will own the delivery plan, milestones, dependencies and risks, and keep progress moving through established governance and planning forums. You will drive alignment between business needs and IT solutions, making sure expectations are clear and deliveries create business value. You will act as the primary IT contact for production stakeholders and build strong collaboration between business and technology teams. You will lead requirements discussions and clarifications together with stakeholders from production, automation, operations and IT. You will coordinate deliveries across IT and OT teams to support implementation, testing and go-live activities. You will raise issues and risks to the right decision forums when needed and help create momentum in complex cross-functional work. Requirements Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager within IT/OT environments. Experience leading complex IT delivery initiatives in manufacturing or industrial production environments. Strong understanding of MES, SCADA, industrial automation, shop-floor systems and production-related integrations. Experience managing stakeholders across both business and technical organizations. Strong communication, coordination and leadership capabilities. Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English. Nice to have Experience from automotive manufacturing environments. Experience from large-scale production transformation or digitalization initiatives.
