Senior Legal Counsel

we are looking for a **Senior Legal Counsel** to help us get there. In this role you will provide senior legal support on MiFID II regulation, and MiFID related contractual arrangements, working closely with colleagues across products, and the business as we design and implement the legal and regulatory framework for this new venture. Alongside this build-out, you will also provide ongoing legal support to Avarda's existing banking business, so the role combines a forward-looking regulatory project with the day-to-day legal needs of a running bank. We would prefer a lawyer qualified in Sweden, but we welcome applications from qualified lawyers based in any of our other markets.
