Senior Logistics Developer – Warehouse Automation (Robotics)

We are looking for an Logistics Developer for an exciting assignment within advanced industrial manufacturing and warehouse automation. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing a new, highly automated warehouse environment. Your main focus will be the design, implementation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of automated warehouse systems and material flows. You will collaborate closely with production, automation, digitalization, IT/OT, and external suppliers to create efficient, scalable, and robust logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize warehouse processes and material flows Drive implementation and commissioning of highly automated warehouse solutions Develop logistics concepts, storage strategies, and replenishment flows Work with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and related logistics systems Support ramp-up and stabilization of new warehouse operations Collaborate with production, automation, IT/OT, and external suppliers Develop and improve logistics standards, methods, and best practices Support integration of automated material handling and transportation solutions Your Background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics experience Experience within warehouse operations, logistics development, or warehouse automation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent in English Highly Meritorious Experience from highly automated warehouse environments Experience with warehouse start-ups, factory ramp-ups, or greenfield projects Knowledge of SAP, MFC/WCS, WMS, or similar warehouse systems Experience with automation projects and logistics system integrations Experience with AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) solutions and automated transportation systems The terms and conditions for the assignment will be based on Ework’s framework agreement with the client.
