For our client we are looking for a Senior Lumera Integration Specialist We are looking for a Senior Lumera Integration Specialist to support several development teams and initiatives within the client - Life & Pension. The consultant will act as a bridge between Lumera, CAL, our common integration platform, and other development teams. The main objective is to provide Lumera integration expertise early in the analysis and solution design process, helping teams make the right architectural and technical decisions from the start. A central part of the assignment is to actively build Lumera integration competence within the organization. The consultant is expected to coach and train employees, document relevant solutions and integration patterns, and work closely with the teams to enable them to independently apply and maintain this knowledge after the assignment has ended. The assignment includes: Supporting development teams with analysis and solution design related to Lumera integrations. Defining and quality-assuring API calls, integration patterns, and service interactions. Ensuring that integration design and call patterns support the required performance, scalability, and reliability. Helping teams understand how Lumera services and APIs should interact with CAL and digital channels to create efficient end-to-end flows. Ensuring that new solutions follow recommended Lumera patterns, reusable integration principles, and the target architecture. Supporting the transition from tactical integrations to the strategic integration solution. Acting as a central point of contact for Lumera-related integration questions. Coaching and training employees in Lumera integration design, API usage, and recommended integration patterns. Creating and maintaining documentation, practical guidelines, and reusable examples that can be used by the teams after the assignment. Working together with internal employees rather than operating as a stand-alone specialist, with the explicit objective of transferring knowledge through day-to-day delivery. Establishing sustainable ways of working and ensuring that sufficient knowledge remains within the organization when the consultant leaves. Facilitating knowledge transfer and reuse of integration solutions and design patterns across teams. Reducing the teams’ dependency on Lumera specialists for day-to-day questions. The consultant will be organizationally placed within the DACO team but will work cross-functionally across several teams and initiatives. The role focuses specifically on Lumera integrations and on how Lumera information and functionality are exposed and consumed by other systems and digital channels. Required competence Senior experience working with Lumera and Lumera integrations. Strong understanding of APIs, service interactions, and integration architecture. Experience designing high-performing and scalable integration solutions. Ability to translate business and system requirements into robust technical solutions. Experience working with both tactical and strategic integration solutions. Proven ability to coach, train, and transfer technical knowledge to developers and other specialists. Ability to produce clear and maintainable technical documentation, guidelines, and reusable examples. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and platform specialists. Ability to work independently while actively involving and developing internal employees Expected outcome The assignment is expected to shorten analysis and delivery lead times, improve solution quality, reduce incorrect design decisions and rework, accelerate the onboarding of teams without previous Lumera experience, and support a faster transition to the strategic target architecture. An equally important outcome is that sustainable Lumera integration competence, supporting documentation, and reusable working methods are established within the organization, reducing dependency on individual external specialists after the assignment has ended.
