SKILLS: Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and accounting best practices. Solid understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements. Experience with systems such as Oracle, Workday, Workiva or equivalent platforms. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
