Senior Manager, Art Direction - Unpublished R&D Product

Qualifications: Deep experience with the game art production pipeline, across multiple art disciplines. Proven success in art direction and people management. Strong background collaborating with external vendors and co-development partners. Skilled in stakeholder management, prioritization, and navigating ambiguity. Fluent in English, able to clearly communicate creative direction and goals. Experience developing a style and artistic vision, shepherding the vision through production and shipping, and directing an organization to execute on the style Desired Qualifications: Experience planning and maintaining production schedules in partnership with producers or development managers. Broad experience shipping stylized AAA content. Familiarity with outsourcing workflows and end-to-end pipelines. Engine experience (Unreal, Unity, or proprietary). Multilingual skills (Mandarin or other regional languages).
