Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy

We are looking for an experienced strategic leader who combines strong analytical capabilities with sound judgement, collaboration skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You are motivated by solving complex business challenges and helping shape the future direction of Statkraft. We believe this includes: 5-10 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, M&A, finance, or other strategic roles. Solid experience as a strategy project leader, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex strategy projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams Experience from renewable energy or other capital-intensive industries is an advantage, but not a requirement. Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or similar Fluency in English. Proficiency in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is considered an advantage. Personal skills that will be useful in your role: Strong strategic acumen and ability to navigate complex and ambiguous challenges. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn fragmented input into clear conclusions and recommendations Strong relationship builder with the ability to challenge constructively, influence stakeholders and collaborate across business areas Confident communicator who can develop clear and compelling storylines for senior audiences Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership, a practical mindset and a focus on turning strategy into action Statkraft is Europe’s largest renewable energy producer, and has been making clean energy possible for more than a century.
